The terms below are temporary and thus may change. By agreeing with the terms listed below you are bound by not only the current terms but any future additions or changes as well.
I. Account Cancellation / Banning / Freezeing
We at Tech-Area.Com provide an ad free hosting service. Service may be cancelled or your account may be frozen at any time with no prior notice. If any of the Tech-Area.Com staff gives you directions you must comply or the result will be an immediate ban and account cancellation. Unacceptable content will be removed and you will be banned.
II. Unacceptable Content
Tech-Area.Com staff can monitor, edit, copy, move and remove files from your account at any time. Files to be hosted on our server must not be of a racy content, contain pornographic images or contain any of the following material: MP3's (none what-so-ever), exploitation software or code, virus software or code, scanning software or code, or anything that may promote illegal activities. If you upload these files you will be banned and will be reported to the proper authorities. You may not use Tech-Area.Com hosting services for storage or hot linking! You may not use server side languages on Tech-Area.Com (examples: XML, CGI, PHP, Perl, or mySQL). Attempting to use or useing server side languages will result in an immediate ban and account termination.
III. Unacceptable Use
Any attempt to harm others files on this server is not allowed. Any method of extending your file quota, allotted space, or allotted bandwidth is not permitted. Editing files outside your private folder is not permitted and will be considered hacking. You will be reported immediately to the proper authorities. You may not edit, move, remove or copy any hidden files located in your folder. You may not add hidden files to your folder. Mass bandwidth usage will result in immediate ban and you may face a fine.
IV. Our Login Policy
You must confirm your account within 3 days of your signup date. Failure to do so will result in account deletion. You must login to your account at least once every two weeks or your account will be deleted. No questions asked. No exceptions. No prior notice is needed.
V. Account Limits
You are only allowed to have one account since there are a limited number of accounts. If more then one account is signed up for by any one person, all their accounts will be terminated and the user will be banned.
